Inkrah Ujaran Kebencian atas Kasus Pencemaran Nama Baik oleh FA di X: Sebuah Kajian Pragmatik Forensik

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memeriksa bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran maksim kesantunan dan mengukur bentuk satuan lingual kode-kode ujaran pencemaran nama baik terhadap DAP yang dilakukan FA. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan pragmatik forensik. Hasil analisis memberikan bukti terhadap kasus kejahatan berbahasa berbasis pencemaran nama baik. Pencemaran nama baik itu terlihat dari kode-kode lingual negatif yang bermaksud merendahkan martabat orang lain. Maksud diungkapkan dengan kata bodoh, tolol, gila, dll. Bentuk lingual tersebut melanggar maksim kebijaksanaan, permufakatan, kerendahan hati, dan simpati. Oleh karena itu, cuitan FA termasuk kategori pencemaran nama baik yang merendahkan kehormatan DAP sebagai artis, ayah, dan suami. Selain itu, pendapat saksi ahli bahasa pada surat keputusan MA terdapat ketidaksesuaian dengan menilai tingkat bahaya cuitan FA.References
